LIC AAO & AE Recruitment 2025 : The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has released the official notification for AAO (Assistant Administrative Officer) and Assistant Engineer (AE) recruitment for the year 2025. A total of 841 posts have been announced across Generalist, Specialist, and Engineer categories. Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as on 1 August 2025)

• Minimum: 21 years

• Maximum: 30 years

• Age relaxation as per Government norms.

Educational Qualification

• AAO (Generalist): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• AAO (CA): Bachelor’s + cleared CA final exam + completed Articleship.

• AAO (Legal): Bachelor’s in Law with 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).

• AAO (IT): B.Tech/Engineering in IT/Computer Science/Electronics OR MCA/MSc (IT/CS).

• AAO (Actuarial): Bachelor’s + at least 6 papers cleared from Institute of Actuaries (India/UK).

• AAO (Insurance Specialists): Bachelor’s degree + FIII + 5 years experience.

• AE (Civil/Electrical): B.E./B.Tech with minimum 3 years experience in building projects.
